May 4,2020—City Council approved Resolution R2020-70 authorizing Amendment#2 to the <br /> Local Public Agency Agreement for Federal Participation for the relocation of utilities and the <br /> purchase of right of way for the Brush College Road/Faries Parkway railroad grade separation. <br /> The Amendment authorizes an additional $1,390,000 in Grade Crossing Protection Funds. <br /> 28. September 8,2020—City Council approved Resolution R2020-119, authorizing Supplement#1 <br /> of$576,078 for a total design fee of$3,925,745,with$3,350,000 being reimbursed by the <br /> Freight Program,to the professional engineering services agreement between the City of <br /> Decatur and AECOM Technical Services, Inc.,to perform design services for the Brush College <br /> Road/Faries Parkway railroad grade separation project. <br /> 29. September 8,2020—City Council approved Resolution R2020-120 authorizing Supplement#1 <br /> to the Preliminary Engineering Services Agreement for Federal Participation between the City <br /> of Decatur and AECOM Technical Services, Inc. <br /> 30. January 4,2021-City Council approved Resolution R2021-01 authorizing the purchase of <br /> 2112 N Brush College Road for$57,100 in State Motor Fuel Tax funds with an expected <br /> $45,680 reimbursement from the Illinois Competitive Freight Program. <br /> 31. February 1,2021- City Council approved Resolution R2021-13 authorizing the purchase of <br /> property and temporary easements on the Northeast Corner of North Brush College Road and <br /> Faries Parkway for$13,840 in State Motor Fuel Tax funds with an expected$11,072 <br /> reimbursement from the Illinois Competitive Freight Program. <br /> 32. March 1,2021—City Council approved Resolution R2021-30 authorizing the purchase of <br /> property owned by Archer Daniels Midland Company for$398,600 in State Motor Fuel Tax <br /> Funds with an expected$318,800 reimbursement from the Illinois Competitive Freight Program <br /> 33. July 19,2021- City Council approved Resolution R2021-125 authorizing an authority to work <br /> agreement with AT&T to relocate terminal box for Brush College Road Grade Separation <br /> Project in the amount of$153,363.66 <br /> 34. July 19,2021-City Council approved Resolution R2021-127 authorizing a construction <br /> maintenance agreement with the Illinois Central Railroad Company for the Brush College Road <br /> Grade Separation Project in the amount of$776,481. <br /> 35. September 20,2021-City Council approved Resolution R2021-177 amending an agreement for <br /> preliminary engineering services with Norfolk Southern Railway Company for the Brush <br /> College Road Grade Separation Project in the amount of$20,481 added to the original <br /> agreement of$18,596 for a total of$39,077. <br /> —4— <br />
