CITY OF DECATUR <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> FOR <br /> CULVERT PIPE, FITTINGS, AND FABRICATIONS <br /> METHOD OF MEASUREMENT: <br /> Corrugated Steel (CS) Pipe and Corrugated Polyethylene (PE) Pipe for the size <br /> specified will be measured for payment in feet(FT) delivered to the City's Municipal <br /> Service Center, 2600 North Jasper Street, Decatur, Illinois. <br /> End Sections (CS) and End Sections (PE) for the size specified will be measured for <br /> payment as each (EA) end section delivered to the City's Municipal Service Center, <br /> 2600 North Jasper Street, Decatur, Illinois. <br /> Universal Bands (CS)for the size specified will be measured for payment as each <br /> (EA) band delivered to the City's Municipal Service Center, 2600 North Jasper Street, <br /> Decatur, Illinois. <br /> Tees (CS) and Tees (PE)will be measured for payment as each (EA)tee delivered to <br /> the City's Municipal Service Center, 2600 North Jasper Street, Decatur, Illinois. <br /> BASIS OF PAYMENT: <br /> Corrugated Steel (CS) Pipe and Corrugated Polyethylene (PE) Pipe for the size <br /> specified will be paid for at the contract unit price per foot (FT) of the specified pipe <br /> diameter. Said unit price shall include the pipe and all costs to deliver and unload the <br /> pipe at the City's Municipal Service Center, 2600 North Jasper Street, Decatur, Illinois. <br /> End Sections (CS) and End Sections (PE)for the size specified will be paid for at the <br /> contract unit price each (EA)for the specked end section size.
