Project Summary <br /> ITRON is providing ChoiceConnect Fixed Network ("System") Software v5.5 and implementation Services for <br /> one (1) locally installed Production environment. The System is built to support approximately 32,400 water <br /> Endpoints. <br /> The Project will be completed in five (5) months. A Project Schedule will be provided as an outcome of the <br /> workshop sessions. <br /> By signing this SOW,CUSTOMER engages ITRON to provide the following Services and deliverables related to <br /> the Project: <br /> 1. Software Applications (ITRON On-premise) <br /> a. ChoiceConnect Fixed Network v5.5 ("CCFN") <br /> 2. Professional Services <br /> a. Remote Project Management and Technical Support <br /> b. Requirements gathering and integration assessment, as required <br /> c. Functional Testing of CCFN System <br /> d. Technical support for CUSTOMER-led CCFN system testing. <br /> e. Remote CCFN Software Training <br /> f. Transition to Itron Support <br /> C.2. Project Schedule <br /> The level of Services estimated assumes that the Project timeline is consistent with the schedule specified in the <br /> work plan provided by ITRON. The Project schedule is dependent on hardware and resource availability after <br /> the signed SOW is received by ITRON and fully executed. The Project Schedule and deliverables will be reviewed <br /> during the Project kick-off meeting. Changes to the schedule, including changes in the Project start date and/or <br /> changes in Project duration, may require changes to this SOW and will be documented through the Change <br /> Control Process. <br /> The estimated timeline for this Project is as outlined below. Overall Project timeline should not exceed five (5) <br /> months: <br /> 777—Majo777 <br /> r Op x Duma <br /> 1 Environment Prep and Project Kickoff 3 weeks Month 1 <br /> 2 System Review and Integration Assessment 3 weeks Month 2 <br /> 4 Install,setup and config env 4 weeks Month 2 <br /> 5 j Functional Testing 3 weeks Month 3 <br /> 6 Customer UAT 2 weeks Month 4 <br /> 7 Go Live and Stabilization 2 weeks Month 5 <br /> 8 Transition to Support/Acceptance 2 weeks Month 5 <br /> Work is anticipated during working hours,local time,Monday–Friday. No after hours,weekend,or holiday hours <br /> work is anticipated.
