Any <br /> significant data cleanup effort requiring ITRON support may result in a Change Order or be subject to additional <br /> Project support fees. <br /> 2. CUSTOMER will make available operations,technical and field personnel as required to respond to inquiries from the <br /> ITRON engineer concerning System settings,configuration,operation,and meter programs,if needed. <br /> 3. CUSTOMER will purchase all the hardware or software not covered under the ITRON Sales and Maintenance <br /> Agreements.This includes,but is not limited to,operating systems,databases,etc. <br /> 4. CUSTOMER will allow ITRON resource physical or virtual access to the CCFN server during installation and <br /> configuration tasks. <br /> 5. CUSTOMER will provide ITRON with remote access to the CCFN System to successfully review current system, <br /> walk-through current operations,etc. <br /> 6. CUSTOMER will provide ADMINISTRATOR access levels as needed to computers and hardware for target <br /> environment required to carry out installation/configuration tasks listed in the CCFN Installation Guide. <br /> 7. CUSTOMER has established an internal System troubleshooting resolution plan for initial triage of CCFN System <br /> issues. <br /> 8. CUSTOMER integration file using existing interfaces will not require any changes or modifications as part of this <br /> effort.Export file process from ChoiceConnect will remain the same,however,ITRON will export this on to existing <br /> SFTP for CUSTOMER pick up for CIS system processing. <br /> 9. 1CUSTOMER is responsible for any new interface development and testing. ITRON has not included any Services for <br /> interface development work including the MDI Interface or other existing interface file changes. <br /> 10. ITRON will provide CUSTOMER team members with an electronic copy of a standard set of System documentation <br /> which shall include user guides,training materials,and where applicable,designs for CUSTOMER's use in preparing <br /> for and executing the Project. <br /> 11. Changes to local network configuration or database(opening firewall ports,changes to Oracle parameters,Windows <br /> OS,etc.)must be completed in accordance with Project schedule. <br /> 12. No customization of ITRON software will occur unless otherwise stated in the SOW.(For example,UI changes, <br /> reports,extracts,interfaces,etc.) <br /> 13.
