The project was advertised on July 27,2022 and August 3, <br /> 2022,and bids were opened on August 10,2022. The results of the letting are as follows (bid tabulation attached): <br /> Bidder Bid Price Compared to Engineer's <br /> Est. <br /> Over(Under) <br /> Dunn Company, A Division of Tyrolt, 2,881,632.51 1.52% <br /> Inc. <br /> Engineer's Estimate 2,838,560.10 <br /> Three contractors took out bid packages and only one submitted a bid. Dunn Company provided the lowest responsible bid at <br /> 1.52%over the engineer's estimate. The bid price is within reasonable amount of the estimate but there are significant cost <br />
