Exhibit B <br /> Attachment 3 <br /> Description,Costs and Time Required to Build and <br /> Install the EDC's Interconnection Facilities <br /> This attachment is to be completed by the EDC and shall include the following: <br /> 1. Required interconnection facilities,including any required metering. <br /> Per the prior studies-EDC shall build the substation facilities as required to support <br /> the interconnection of the interconnection customer proposed facility up to the point <br /> of disconnect. The interconnection would consist of installing primary metering, <br /> Viper at the substation and substation transformer lightning arrester upgrade. The <br /> interconnection customer would be responsible for construction to the point of <br /> disconnect. All costs shall be paid for and/or reimbursed by the interconnection <br /> customer pursuant to Article 5 of this agreement. The interconnection customer is <br /> required to construct all facilities which connect to EDC's facilities or otherwise <br /> interface with EDC's facilities, all as determined by EDC's final,detailed <br /> engineering,in accordance with EDC's published standards. <br /> Additional required interconnection facilities and system upgrades may be identified <br /> while completing Detailed Engineering. <br /> 2.
