John Lewis, Petitioner, was sworn in by David Silver. The petitioner explained that he was <br /> thankful for this opportunity and looked forward to making the building a good place, and that <br /> he had no issue with the staff recommendations with the limitations at the subject site at 888 S. <br /> 16th Street. <br /> Upon call of the roll, Commission members Jason Drake, Pat McDaniel, Matt Naber, Maurice <br /> Payne,James Schwarz, Andrew Taylor, Timothy Wright, Susie Peck voted aye. Motion carried. <br /> IV. Appearance of Citizens <br /> No citizen expressed comments. <br /> V. Comments and Information from Commission Members <br /> Members expressed if there were upcoming meetings. Silver said yes there would be <br /> several text amendments. <br /> Schwarz volunteered to be Secretary. <br /> VI. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, it was moved and seconded (Wright/McDaniel)to adjourn the <br /> meeting. <br /> Upon call of the roll, Commission members Jason Drake, Pat McDaniel, Matt Naber, Maurice <br /> Payne, James Schwarz, Andrew Taylor, Timothy Wright, Susie Peck voted aye. Motion carried. <br /> Chairman Peck declared the meeting adjourned at 3:11 P.M. <br />
