411
CONCENTRIC
I N T E G R A T I O N
Labor
Proiect Management
1. Plan, schedule, and coordinate the activities that must be performed to complete the Project.
2. Coordinate an onsite kickoff meeting prior to start of work.
3. Provide Monthly project status updates via email.
PLC Modernizations: Programming and Startup
1. Replace the following existing control hardware with the new hardware as listed above:
a. MRCP—Master Radio Control Panel
b. SCC12—Williams Street Reservoir
c. SCC14—Fairview Level Station
d. SCC15— Friends Creek Level Station
e. SCC16—Long Creek Level Station
f. SCC17—Monticello Level Station
g. SCC18—Division Street Tank Valve Vault
h. SCC19—Garfield Tank Valve Vault
i. SCC20—Brush College Tap
j. SCC22— Franklin St.Tank
k. BPS—Booster Pump Station
I. Chlorine Dioxide system
m. Dam
2. Perform all PLC program migration, startup, and testing for each PLC (items b-1) mentioned above. The
existing PLC code functionality will not change, it will simply be migrated from the old to new hardware.
The PLC firmware used will be the most current version supported.
3. Migrate the master remote communications from the temporary communications master into recently
upgraded SCC1 ControlLogix processor. Remap all messaging to route SCC19 repeater stations to
communicate directly to SCC1 rather than relaying through SCC19's PLC.
4. Program a new operator interface terminal (OIT)with control screens to control and monitor the Booster
Pump Station (BPS). The OIT will replace functionality of existing physical switches and buttons being
eliminated by the upgraded control panel. The OIT will also provide local visualization of the BPS operation
and alarm conditions.
5. Migrate the existing Chlorine Dioxide system operator interface terminal (OIT) to an Allen-Bradley
Panelview 5000. The existing OIT functionality will not change, it will simply be migrated from the old to
new hardware.
Project#0230159.00 Page No.5
