operating sanitary waste disposal facility which may include a properly operating and <br /> installed septic tank system conforming with the specifications, standards and regulations <br /> of the State of Illinois regarding such systems. <br /> 5. (a) That during the term of this Agreement both parties shall be capable of <br /> furnishing potable water from their respective water works systems to the other party via <br /> one or more water main interconnections, the costs for which are to be divided equally <br /> unless decided otherwise by mutual agreement. Water main interconnection(s) quantity <br /> of water, location, design, metering, telemetry, operations and maintenance procedures <br /> and funding shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties in writing prior to construction <br /> and be constructed in compliance with the established standards used by the Illinois <br /> Environmental Protection Agency for similar construction. The quantity of water to be so <br /> furnished shall be calculated monthly, whether the same is delivered at one or more points <br /> of delivery, and the same shall be delivered by both parties at a pressure of not less than <br /> 40 pounds static; subject, however, to the provisions of Sections 9 and 12 hereof. <br /> (b) The Village shall notify the City's Water Production Office by telephone (217- <br /> 424-2831) not later than one (1) hour after any potable water treated by the City is placed <br /> into the Village's distribution system, and shall briefly explain such placement and use at <br /> such time. <br /> (c) The City shall notify the Village's Public Works Department by telephone (217- <br /> 877-1653) not later than one (1) hour after any potable water treated by the Village is placed <br /> into the City's distribution system, and shall briefly explain such placement and use at <br /> such time. <br /> 6. That at said watermain interconnection(s) the Village and the City shall furnish <br /> and install metering and regulating devices meeting the standards and specifications of <br />
