This individual is also responsible for helping to configure the core system and some of the <br /> more straightforward modules. <br /> • Implementation Product Specialist(s):While the Implementation Manager will lead the overall project, <br /> Product Specialists will be brought in to help configure and optimize specialty modules such as Fire <br /> Prevention,ePCR,Assets&Inventory,Training,Scheduling, and Reporting.They are product experts in <br /> First Due and are versed in industry best practices for their specific product specialties. Depending on <br /> the modules purchased and complexity, your project may be assigned 1-3 Product Specialists. <br /> • Technical Implementation Specialist: Responsible for managing data migration from your current <br /> vendor to First Due and the integration between First Due and CAD. The Technical Implementation <br /> Specialist team comes from a diverse background, ranging from database management to public <br /> safety software integration. <br /> • Customer Success Manager: As the point person after project completion, the Customer Success <br /> Manager(CSM)will be part of the implementation as an advocate and to ensure a seamless transition <br /> First Due Agreement for Services, Feb 2026 Page 9 of 14 <br />
