Client:City of Decatur IL Opportunity#:1003525100530.2 Date:February 03,2026 P R E S I D I O' Title:Webex Calling Migration Out of Scope/Client Responsibilities The following items fall outside the scope and will be the client's responsibility to address, if necessary: A Certificate based SBC has the following requirements regardless of platform, Client is responsible for the following • 1:1 Static Public IP NAT for the SBC o Inbound FW rules to allow signaling and media initiated from the cloud platform to the public IP • Public DNS FQDN for the SBC • Certificate signed by the cloud platform supported public Certificate Authority o Wildcard certificates are not supported o NOTE Public CAs restrict certificate lifespans to 12 months or less • Outbound firewall rules configured per the cloud calling platform requirements • Obtain all required software licensing and support for the SBC platform. • If using an existing supported platform, upgrade the SBC software to the latest stable version (as required)to comply with the cloud platform requirements • Client will perform initial setup with basic network configuration (IP addressing/DNS/credentials) and provide SSH and HTTPS login access to Presidio engineer o If SBC platform is virtual • Client will review the SBC platform virtualization requirements and ensure they are met • Client will perform initial deployment of the virtual machine • Cisco ISR-4K platform is supported but not recommended (end of sale March 2025) o Requires the security license for SIP TLS- End of Sale, may not be able to obtain new license o The last 10S-XE version supported on the 4K platform is the 17.12.x release train with software maintenance until March 30, 2026 2.3.3. Configure Integration with (1) PBX Platform Quantity: 1 SIP Integration with (1) PBX Platform For the quantity indicated, Presidio will provide the following remote configuration effort • Review network and firewall requirements with client • Review the client requirements listed in this SoW. • Add integration with (1)on-prem PBX system via an on-prem SBC o Local Gateway is REQUIRED for this integration: It can already be in place or included as a service in this SoW • Perform joint testing between Webex Calling MT and the PBX Assumptions • The signaling protocol between the SBC and the PBX will be SIP TCP/UDP on port 5060 Out of Scope/Client Responsibilities The following items fall outside the scope and will be the client's responsibility to address, if necessary: • Configure the PBX side of the SIP integration for interop with Webex Calling MT.
