Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. <br /> National Change of Address <br /> Quicksilver will can periodically provide a service to match the CITY OF DECATUR's address list to the <br /> USPS's National Change of Address (NCOA) database. <br /> The cost of the service will be$75.00 per use. <br />
