Mr. Tyus stated that even with the potential for development, staff wouldn't recommend <br /> rezoning if the proposed rezoning wasn't compatible with current zoning in the area.He <br /> stated that there is currently M-1 zoning across the street and the other land facilitates <br /> industrial development. <br /> Commissioner Dial asked whether the commission was only being askedo consider <br /> zoning at this point.
