The subject property contains the Woodmound Plaza Shopping Center and approximately 4.2 <br /> acres. <br /> 2. The original B-3 Planned Shopping Center District was approved by the City Council in June <br /> 1978 and has had amendments since that time. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 1. The petitioner proposes to amend the approved B-3 Planned Shopping Center District in <br /> order to construct an enclosed outdoor patio (34' x 15.0'); a 16' x 10' building expansion for <br /> a vestibule; a 13' x 6' building expansion where the drive thru will be relocated; and a <br /> storage building (20' x 18'). <br /> 2. The drive thru window will have a total of five (5) stacking spaces. Ten (10) stacking spaces <br /> are required for a restaurant. The drive thru is for pick up only and therefore, no menu/order <br /> board will be allowed to be utilized with the drive thru. <br /> STAFF ANALYSIS <br /> 1. The B-3 Planned Shopping Center District amendment is consistent wi h the intent of the <br /> originally approved B-3 Planned Shopping Center District. <br />
