The B-3 Planned Shopping Center District amendment has been reviewed and approved by <br /> the City's Technical Review Committee, Planning, Engineering and Fire. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Staff recommends approval of the B-3 Planned Shopping Center District amendment with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> a. No menu/order board will be allowed for the use requesting five (5) stacking spaces. <br /> b. An exit shall be maintained through the fenced patio to a public way. <br /> c. Final site, landscaping and lighting plans shall be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Department of Planning and Building Services, the Department of Public Works and <br /> the Fire Department prior to building permits being released. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 1. Section XIII.F.2. of the City of Decatur Zoning Ordinance requires the I Ian Commission to <br /> hold a public hearing to review the B-3 Planned Shopping Center Distric plan and report its <br /> findings concerning the effect on the comprehensive plan and compliance with the standards <br /> of review to the City Council.
