ADDITIONS AND <br /> CHAPTER 34 <br /> -TRAFFIC AND PARKING- <br /> 64. CONFERENCE OR CONVENTION PARKING PERMITS. The City Manager, <br /> Public Works Director or designee may issue parking permits to bona Fide groups <br /> sponsoring conferences, conventions and similar events in Decatur for use at any three <br /> hour or longer free parking spacein , ex ept in Parking <br /> Lot E. The group sponsoring the conference must purchase passes fopthe entire group <br /> at least two five business days in advance by paying a fee established i�Section 74 of <br /> this chapter per space per day <br /> peAing-pemi4. The conference organizer shall provide each patron wi h a printed <br /> conference parking permit hang-tag which shall be hung from the interior rear view <br /> minor, or certificate which shall be displayed on the dashboard of the�ehicle parked. <br /> The conference or convention parking permit shall be valid for the entre day for which <br /> it is issued and shall include the right to leave the parking spaces and r turn to the <br /> parking spaces without additional cost.
