r , <br /> The program will consist of two rounds, starting approximately 16 weeks apart. The <br /> participants in the first round will enter a new Introduction to Manufacturing <br /> curriculum at Richland Community College. The second round will enter a <br /> specialized CNA training program at the Decatur Public Schools' Adult Education <br /> Department. <br /> The program assumes a 12 month period. <br /> General Administration <br /> The Workforce Investment will be responsible for monthly reporting the activities. <br /> WIS will perform the following responsibilities: outreach and recruitment, <br /> assessment, career awareness and exploration, education for basic employment skills, <br /> case management, and job search assistance. The partners will education literacy, <br /> technical training for CNA and manufacturing, assessments. Some assessment will <br /> be handled through a contract. <br /> B. Levels of Accomplishment- Performance Goals <br /> In addition to the normal administrative services required as part of this Agreement, <br /> the Subrecipient agrees to provide the following levels of program services with a <br /> completion date as follows: <br /> Units per Month Total Units Completion Date <br /> Activity-Serve 36 Decatur residents Wednesday, July 31, 2013 <br /> C. Staffing <br /> Program Manager- 1 <br /> Case Manager-2 <br /> Employment Specialist-2 <br /> D. Performance Monitoring <br /> The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against the goals and <br /> performance standards required herein in accordance to the CDBG recipient <br /> monitoring plan. Substandard performance as determined by the City will constitute <br /> noncompliance with this agreement. If action to correct such substandard <br /> performance is not taken by the Subrecipient within a reasonable period of time as <br /> specified by the City and in accordance to the CDBG monitoring Plan, then, after <br /> being notified by the City, contract suspension or termination procedures will be <br /> initiated. <br /> Subrecipient Agreement (Rev.
