Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of June 7,2012 continued: <br /> Mr. Josh Henry, representative, was sworn in by Mrs. Poland. <br /> Mr. Henry said his wife is the petitioner asking for the Conditional Use Permit to open a day care in <br /> their home. <br /> Mr. Glenn Livingston asked if there currently was a day care center at the residence. Mr. Henry <br /> said no. <br /> Mr. Livingston asked if she had any experience with day care centers. Mr. Henry said she has <br /> worked in day care for seventeen (17) years and has a two (2) year Associate Degree in Early <br /> Childhood Education. <br /> Mr. Bruce Frantz asked what the hours of operation would be. Mr. Henry said Monday through <br /> Friday between the hours of 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Livingston/Frantz) to forward Cal. No. 12-16 to the City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval as presented by staff. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
