That this ordinance is expressly conditioned and approved upon Easter Seals <br /> Central Illinois Inc. providing to the City of Decatur an agreement which will hold the City <br /> harmless for any and all damages incurred by persons attending this event and indemnifying the <br /> City for any and all damages and lawsuits. <br /> Section 4.
