11. If employees provide the City two (2) telephone numbers at which they <br /> can be reached, the City will call both telephone numbers when attempting <br /> to contact employees, and will leave a message at each number called, <br /> provided there is an answering machine, voice mail, or other means <br /> available for doing so. <br /> 12. This Memorandum of Understanding is a supplement to the current <br /> Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and the Union, and as <br /> such, will be attached thereto and be made a part thereof. <br /> 13. The terms of this Memorandum of Understanding will be incorporated into <br /> the successor Collective Bargaining Agreement between the parties. <br /> 14. The Collective Bargaining Agreement between the parties and the <br /> arbitrator's award in this matter shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 15. The provisions of this Memorandum of Understanding shall supersede the <br /> provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement in the case of any <br /> conflict regarding the subject matter hereof. <br /> 16.
