Section 2. That a conditional use permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Dan Dougherty, <br /> and only to Dan Dougherty, to allow the operation of a car wash upon the premises aforesaid in <br /> accordance with the plat thereof hereto attached marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> Section 3. That the conditional use permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly <br /> conditioned as follows: <br /> A. That Petitioner provides discharge rates for review and approval by the <br /> Public Works Department. <br /> B. That all plantings at the time of installation shall meet the requirements <br /> of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> C. That site plans must be submitted to and approved by the Economic <br /> and Urban Development Department, the Public Works Department and the Fire <br /> Department. <br /> D. That building permits will not be issued as proposed in the approved <br /> plan until the property is legally subdivided. <br /> Section 4.
