Section 2. That upon the conditions set forth below the aforesaid Planned Shopping <br /> Center District be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended, and petitioner be, and he is <br /> hereby, authorized and permitted to develop the premises described above in accordance with the <br /> site plan hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> a. Relocate south handicap parking space to be closest accessible <br /> space to the south door; <br /> b. Provide a curb or bumper blocks; <br /> c. Truncated domes should be placed where a sidewalk leads to a <br /> vehicular path of travel; <br /> d. Final site plans and construction plans shall be submitted to and <br /> approved by the Economic and Urban Development Department <br /> and the Public Works Department prior to the issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br /> Section 3. That except as modified by the provisions hereof, the heretofore ordained <br /> Planned Shopping Center District, and the provisions of ordinances relating thereto as heretofore <br /> amended and modified remain in full force and effect and the same remain subject to all the <br /> conditions, limitations and restrictions set out in the ordinance aforesaid and the respective <br /> modifications and amendments thereto. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED 15th day of June, 2009. <br /> K4 rL T.
