SCHEDULE <br /> It is understood and agreed that: <br /> 1. Engineer shall conduct a meeting with Owner to initiate Phase I within 30 days <br /> following notice to proceed. <br /> 2. Engineer shall submit three draft copies of the technical memorandum for Phase I <br /> for Owner's review within 30 days following completion of Phase I field work. <br /> 3. Engineer shall conduct a meeting with Owner to begin Phase 11 within 30 days <br /> following receipt of Owner's written authorization to proceed with Phase Il. <br /> 4. Engineer shall submit three draft copies of the technical memorandum for Phase 11 <br /> for Owner's review within 60 days following completion of Phase II field work. <br /> 5.
