Calculate/check roadway, bridge, sewer and miscellaneous quantities. Breakdown for <br /> funding type if necessary. <br /> 2. Develop/check cost estimate for roadway and bridge. <br /> 3. Develop/check estimate of time. <br /> 4. Prepare special provisions for roadway and bridge. The IDOT Standard Specifications <br /> for Road and Bridge Construction shall be used. <br /> 5. Prepare IDOT forms for contract documents. <br /> 6. Prepare pre-final and final document package for submittal. The submittals will consist <br /> of the following: <br /> a. Pre-final: One (1) 11"x17' set of plans, special provisions, cost estimate and <br /> estimate of time to IDOT District 7; One(1)hard copy and electronic copy to <br /> City of Decatur. <br /> b. Final Plans: One (1) set—full size plan mylars, special provisions, cost estimate, <br /> estimate of time, IDOT markups, and disposition of comments to IDOT District <br /> 7; One(1) hard copy of submittal and electronic copy to City of Decatur. <br /> 7. Respond to questions during bidding phase. <br /> 8. Provide assistance to City of Decatur during bidding phase <br /> Task 00700—Prepare Right-of-Way Documents <br /> The following work will be included in this task: <br /> 1. Conduct right-of-way survey <br /> 2. Prepare/check legal descriptions <br /> 3. Prepare/check plats <br /> 4.
