Design the relocation of the existing 8" sewer west Shore Oak Drive. <br /> 3. Design a residential pumping station to serve the few residences that cannot be <br /> connected directly into the raised 30" sewer. <br /> 4. Prepare a construction permit application for the 8" sewer relocation and waste water <br /> pumping station. <br /> 5. Prepare the following anticipated plan sheets <br /> a. 8" Sewer Plan and Profile <br /> b. Sewer Details <br /> c. Pumping Station Site Plan <br /> d. Pumping Station Mechanical Plan <br /> e. Pumping Station Power Feed <br /> f. Pumping Station Controls <br /> Task 20000— Sanitary Sewer—Sanitary District of Decatur <br /> Work related to raising the 30" sanitary sewer will be tracked under cost code 20000. Bainbridge, <br /> Gee, Milanski & Associates (BGM)will act as a subconsultant to URS and assist with developing <br /> the methods and details to raise the 30" sanitary sewer in order to provide an additional 3' of <br /> vertical clearance. The following tasks will be performed by BGM: <br /> 1. Participate in team meetings. <br /> 2. Develop a plan for elevating the existing 30" SDD interceptor sewer while maintaining <br /> sewer service. <br /> 3. Design the new 30" replacement sewer. <br /> 4. Prepare a construction permit application for the 30" sewer relocation. <br /> 5. Meet with City, SDD and property owners as needed. <br /> 6. Prepare the following anticipated plan sheets <br /> a. 30" Sewer Plan and Profile <br /> b. Sewer Details <br /> 7. Prepare a Sequence of Construction <br /> 8. Prepare Special Provisions for the sewer. <br /> 9. Prepare an opinion of probable cost. <br /> 10. Respond to questions during the bidding phase <br /> 11. Attend the pre bid conference <br /> The following tasks will be performed by URS: <br /> 12. Meet with property owners to discuss impacts of raising the sanitary sewer. <br /> 13. Meet and coordinate with the City of Decatur and the Sanitary District of Decatur. <br /> 14. Develop landscaping details —Caceres' property and prepare plan sheets <br /> 6-8-11 A-5 <br />
