r ` � � person or damage to any real or personal property, in any way resulting from or arising out of Natgun's performance of its duties and obligations under this Agreement. H. Insurance Natgun shall obtain and carry, and have in effect at all times during the performance of any and all work under this Agreement, comprehensive general liability and property damage insurance in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 single limit, $2,000,000 aggregate, for bodily injury, death and property damage to any one person and subject to the same limitations for any one occurrence. The comprehensive general liability shall include coverage for premises and operations, a blanket contractual liability coverage which includes the indemnification agreement, broad form property damage, independent contractors and personal injury liability coverage. The policy issued for the above policies of insurance with the following coverages and naming the City as an additional insured, to the extent of Natgun's indemnity commitment. Such insurance shall not be cancelled prior to the completion of this Agreement. I. Certificate of Insurance. Prior to the commencement of the terms of this Agreement,Natgun shall file with the City, and at all times thereafter during the term of this Agreement, keep in full force and effect, a Certificate of Insurance, signed by an authorized agent of the insurance company or companies writing the insurance described in said Certificate showing complete coverage of all insurance required in this Agreement. Such Certificate shall certify to the following: 1. Name and address of party insured; 2. Name(s) of the insurance company or companies; 3. Name and address of the authorized agent executing such Certificate; 4. The description of the type of the insurance and the coverage afforded thereunder; 5. The insurance policy numbers; 6. The limits of liability of such policies and the date of expiration of the policies; 7. The insurance company or companies shall further certify that said policies shall not be modified, cancelled or terminated until after no less than thirty (30) days written notice to the City. J. Documents, Drawings, Test Reports and Plans Notwithstanding anything contained in any other Agreement or documents to the contrary,Natgun and any of its sub-contractors hereby release to the City any and all right, title and interest in and to any and all documents, drawings, test reports and plans depicting and/or relating to the work being performed pursuant to this Agreement and any and all of said documents, drawings, findings, test reports and data and plans shall become the sole property of the City.
