Exhibit A <br /> Task 00140—Data Collection <br /> URS will perform the following tasks: <br /> 1. Prepare mosaic base sheets from aerial tiles. <br /> 2. Research tax map data, as required,to obtain ar confirm property information along the Brush <br /> College Road corridor. <br /> 3. Review and extract information from the GIS database furnished by the City of Decatur. <br /> 4. Perform site reconnaissance and site photography—URS will make an initial field trip to aid in the <br /> process of determining existing conditions, identifying issues, and obtaining a comprehensive <br /> understanding of the project site. Photo�raphs of the project site over the full extent of its potential <br /> limits will be taken and compiled. <br />� 5. Collect and review infarmation on community services (schools,police and fire districts, <br /> water/sewer service areas,hospitals, churches, and other. <br /> 6. Collect and review information on existing land use, comprehensive plan, zoning and other relevant <br /> planning documents within the project limits. <br /> 7. Compile existing right-of-way plats and adjacent subdivision plats. <br /> 8. Determine existing traffic count data and projections. <br /> 9. Collect and review railroad related existing data and utility information impacting the proposed <br /> railroad improvements. This will include cunent and projected NS and CN train traffic. <br /> 10. Collect and review information pertaining to ADM utilities and operations that may be impacted by <br /> proposed improvements. This will include current and projected truck and train traffic. <br /> 11. Collect and review infarmation from City of Decatur drawings of the existing roadway to identify <br /> existing utilities and drainage structures. <br /> 12. Collect infarmation from Ameren IP and other utility companies to identify utilities along the Brush <br /> College corridor. <br /> 13. Collect and review available data to identify potential special waste sites. <br /> 14. Add information to mosaic aerial base sheets. <br /> 15. Collect information on public transportation routes including school bus routes. <br /> Task 00160—Stakeholder Interviews <br /> URS will obtain information from and coordinate with various stakeholders. Information will be obtained <br /> using an internet questionnaire and through stakeholders meetings. <br /> 1. A questionnaire will be prepared relating to travel patterns and travel experiences along Brush <br /> College Road. The questionnaire will be made available through an internet link using a program <br /> such as Survey Monkey. It is anticipated that access to the survey will be distributed to ADM <br /> employees and Richland Community College students via email. Access to the questionnaire could <br /> potentially be provided at the City of Decatur website as well. URS will then process the responses <br /> to the questionnaire. <br /> 2.
