. - *. . r Insurance: PSA-Dewberry Inc. agrees to maintain Professional Liability Coverage in the amount of$500,000 during the contract duration. A Certificate of Insurance will be issued to the City of Decatur. PSA-Dewberry Inc. agrees to provide Worker's Compensation Insurance, General Liability Insurance,and Automobile Insurance in the amount of$1,000,000 with an Excess Umbrella Liability of$1,000,000. The City of Decatur will be named as an Additional Insured under the General Liability policy. PSA-Dewberry Inc. agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Decatur, and its officers and its employees, from and against all liability,claims,demands, and expenses, including court costs and attorney fees,on account of any injury, loss or damage which arise out of are in any manner connected with the work to be performed under this Agreement, if such injury, loss,or damage is caused in whole or in part by, or is claimed to be caused in whole or in part by the negligent acts,errors,or omission of PSA-Dewberry Inc., any Subcontractor of PSA-Dewberry Inc.,or any officer, employee, or agent of PSA Dewberry Inc. The obligations of this Section shall not apply to damages which the City of Decatur shall become liable by final judgment to pay to a third party as the result of the negligent act, error,or omission of the City of Decatur, its officers, employees, or agent of the City of Decatur.
