' Comprehensive Physical and Procedural Audit of the Evidence and Property Control System <br /> Mr. Doran was Deputy Chief of Police for Administrative Services with the Mount Prospect, Illinois Police <br /> Department. In that capacity he managed both manual and computerized record systems (including PIMS <br /> information management system), the evidence and property control function, and the personnel <br /> administration, planning and training functions. <br /> Mr. Doran was employed previously also as Executive Director of a regional criminal justice planning <br /> council in the Chicago area, a legal researcher with a Chicago law firm, and a municipal police officer. He <br /> was also employed previously as a Senior Police Consultant with an international management consulting <br /> firm. <br /> He regularly presents training seminars on Management of Evidence and Recovered Property, Advanced <br /> Techniques In Evidence Room Management, Drug Asset Forfeiture and Management of Criminal <br /> Investigation Units at police training academies throughout the United States. <br /> Mr. Doran regularly taught training seminars at Northwestern University Center for Public Safety, <br /> Evanston, Illinois for twenty five years.
