Tfiese data will assist in the
evaluation of the individual sewer manholes and will become a pat of the
manhole inspection services final report. All inspection crew's are NASSCO
PACP/MACP Certified.
4. A NASSCO-compliant investigation will gather all necessary MACP data as
outlined by the City RFP. These dta will be used to evaluate each manhole for
structural integrity, inflow/infiltration problems, flow characteristics and
ertvironmental condition. A!I NASSCO PACP Pipe Inspection Fields as per the City of Decatur
RFP: Sanitary Sewer Inspection Services outlined in Exhlbit C.
3. Entry of NASSCO MACP/PACP data directly into the ESRI Geodatabase GIS
manhole and pipe entities themselves ensures that the inherent attribute data
which belongs to those features is permanently associated with them. Thus, any
manholes and pipes encountered with incorrect or missing tD numbers will
always have the correct data associated with them. This is a data quality
assurance and quaiity control measure.
4. Use of a NASSC()-compliant Geodatabase enforces attribute integrity through
several attribute database domains. Therefore, all data entered into the model
follpws this policy enforcement and thus, entry of non NASSCO MACP J PACP
compliant data is impossible. AIt attribute fields in the NASSCO model have
attribute domains enforced and allow the NASSCO certified professional to enter
only NASSCO-compliant data.
3
