Division of Public Water Supply. No water wells were listed within 2,500 feet of the site. <br /> Ainerican Environinental also coinpleted a field survey on February 24, 2009 to confinn the <br /> absence of water wells within the 1,000-foot proposed ordinance area. A confidential well map <br /> showing the locations of water supply wells and the proposed ordinance area is provided in <br /> Attachment 1. Please note that IEPA policy allows well location inforination to be shared with <br /> local government officials,but prohibits further dissemination to the public. <br /> A copy of the September 3, 2008 SICR is attached which documents the water well survey and <br /> actual extents of the soil and groundwatei- containinant plumes.
