The subject site is approximately 9.5 acres and is currently developed with multifamily units. <br /> The property is located north of Pershing Road and west of Southern Hills Drive. <br /> 2. The R-5 Residential Development Plan was approved by the City Council on July 23, 1979. <br /> 3. The original R-5 RDP was to include 104 townhouse multi-family un�ts with no mare than six (6) <br /> � <br /> units in a building and all units were to have their own private Ientrances. The petitioners <br /> proposed to develop 42 one (1) bedroom units, 52 two (2) bedro�Om units, and 10 three (3) <br /> bedroom units. I <br /> 4. It has come to the staff's and the property owners' attention that the I�DP does not allow for a six <br /> (6) foot fence, it only allows for a four(4) foot fence. �� <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 1. The petitioner proposes to amend the approved R-5 RDP in order to allow the six (6) foot fence to <br /> remain on the property. The R-5 RDP shows a four(4) foot fence. <br /> 2. The existing fence was constructed sometime in the late 1980's and is currently being repaired. <br /> The existing six (6) foot fence runs along the east and south property lines. <br />
