� Employee shall not be entitled to any cash payment, or payme t of any type of sick leave <br /> days unused as of the date of termination of this Agreement, and such ates are to be utilized for <br /> illness of Employee or immediate family members of Employee and a e not considered vacation <br /> or personal days. <br /> 9. OTHER BUSINESS EXPENSE. The City shall rei burse Employee for all <br /> reasonable employment-related expenses, subject to administrative p licies concerning such, as <br /> currently exists or as amended. Such expenses include, but are not li ited to the following: air <br /> travel, taxi and auto rental, lodging, meals, memberships and subscrip ions to publications of the <br /> International City Management Association and the Illinois City anagement Association, <br /> registration fees for training programs offered by such organizations, and travel and incidental <br /> costs relating to attendance at such programs or the conference and meetings of such <br /> organizations. It is specifically understood that such activities re to be undertaken by <br /> Employee, at his option, but at the request of the City, and shall be considered as part of the <br /> duties of Employee hereunder. Employee shall be reimbursed for ot er reasonable expenses as <br /> the City shall approve by lawful action of the City Council. <br /> 10. GROUP MEDICAL INSURANCE BENEFITS. The City shall, subject to the <br /> limitations provided for herein, provide Employee with group life in urance and employee and <br /> dependent health, hospitalization and dental coverage in accordance ith such benefits provided <br /> other management employees of the City. Notwithstanding the f regoing, it is agreed and <br /> understood that the City may, at its sole option, modify, or eliminate aid insurance or benefits, <br /> or nay portions thereof, provided that Employee is treated no differen y than other management <br /> employees of the City. <br /> 4 <br />
