Based on the above analysis, staff recommends approval of the rez ning from R-3 Single Family <br /> Residence District to B-2 Commercial District. However, accordi g to the Five Points Overlay <br /> District the parking, circulation patterns, signage and landscaping hould be in accordance with <br /> the Access Management Guide and the design guidelines from the F ve Points Overlay District. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION i <br /> 10. Section XIX.G.2. of the City of Decatur Zoning Ordinance requires the Plan Commission to hold <br /> a public hearing to review the rezoning and report its findings �oncerning the effect on the <br /> comprehensive plan and compliance with the standards of review t the City Council. A motion <br /> to forward Calendar Number 06-58 to the City Council with a rec�mmendation for approval is <br /> suggested.
