Based on the above analysis, staff recommends approval o the rezoning from B-2 <br /> Commercial District to R-3 Single Family Residence District. <br />, PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 5. The Plan Commission, in its advisory role to the City Council, may make a <br /> recommendation to approve the request to rezone the prope y from B-2 Commercial <br /> District to R-3 Single Family Residence District or to recomme d to the City Council that <br /> the petition be denied. <br /> 6. Section XXII.A.2. requires the Plan Commission to hold a pu lic hearing on a rezoning <br /> request and then forward its report and recommendation to t e City Council for final <br /> approval.
