The site is approximately 2.00 acres and is currently unimproved. <br /> 2. The subject property along with the lot to the south were previously rezoned to B-2 Planned <br /> Unit Development in October of 2000. The proposed development included the construction <br /> of a Land of Lincoln Credit Union on the site. Since construction of the proposed facility <br /> was not initiated within two (2) years of the date of approval, the zoning reverted back to the <br /> previous zoning of R-1 Single Family Residential District. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 1. The requested planned development is for the construction of a 11,200 square foot retail <br /> facility. <br /> 2. A freestanding sign is proposed along Ash Avenue. The maximum height of the sign will be <br /> twenty(20) feet and the m�imum area will be 100 square feet. <br />
