Mr. Glen Nordholm questioned whether the present building is within the City and if the <br /> lot attached is not and is within the county. Mr. Smith stated that was correct, the <br /> building was within the city and the lot is in the county <br /> Ms. Linda Seaton was sworn in by Ms. Jesse. <br /> Ms. Seaton stated she was representing the petitioner Gary Jasper who is the current <br /> owner of the business. Ms. Seaton stated Mr. Jasper's intentions are to tear down the <br /> existing building because it is in much need of remodeling. The new building would <br /> give the petitioner the opportunity to expand the kitchen so that more can be done with <br /> food preparation. <br /> There were no obj ectors. <br /> It was moved and seconded(Nordholm/Anderson) to forward Cal. No. 06-34 to the City <br /> Council with the recommendation for approval as submitted by the petitioner. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br />
