this Ordinance; <br /> ii. A storm water management plan as set forth in Section 16 of this <br /> Chapter, providing for storm water management during the <br /> construction and after the construction has been finished. <br /> (2) Payment of land disturbance permit and other storm water management <br /> pollution prevention plans fees, which shall be set by separate resolution <br /> or ordinance. <br /> 10. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF APPLICATION <br /> (a) The City Engineer will review each application for a land disturbance permit to <br /> determine its conformance with the provisions of this Ordinance. The City <br /> Engineer shall provide one of the following responses to the applicant: <br /> (1) Approval of the permit application; <br /> (2) Approval of the permit application, subject to such <br /> reasonable conditions as may be necessary to substantially <br /> secure the objectives of this Ordinance, and issue the <br /> permit subject to these conditions; or <br /> (3) Denial of the permit application, indicating the reason(s) for the <br /> denial. <br /> (b) If the City Engineer has granted conditional approval of the land <br /> disturbance permit, the applicant shall submit a revised plan that conforms <br /> to the conditions established by the City Engineer. However, the applicant <br /> shall be allowed to proceed with his land disturbing activity so long as it <br /> conforms to conditions established by the City Engineer. <br /> Pag�e 1<I� <br />
