TELE <br /> -SCAN, INC. <br /> TELEVISED PIPELINE INSPECTION <br /> 6275 East Rt. 36 • Decatur, IL 62521 • 217/864-2940 <br /> Union Street Sewer <br /> The Union Street Critical Sewer starts on Union St. 1 block north of Eldorado and <br /> travels south approximately 3/ of a mile through the downtown area, under <br /> Monroe and continues south towards Greenwood Cemetery, This system varies <br /> in size from 48" X 32" Brick to 54" Brick. This system has a Gunite (sprayed <br /> concrete) liner for it's entirety but the age of the rehabilitation is unknown. TSI is <br /> 75% complete with the inspection at this time. Various locations of missing <br /> sprayed concrete showing underlying brick throughout. Debris levels vary, never <br /> exceeding 20%. Approximately 30 MH structures exist in this system with varying <br /> depths from 12' to 22'. No MH Inspections have been done as of yet. <br /> McKinley Ave Sewer <br /> The McKinley Ave. sewer starts in the area of Jasper and Harrison traveling west <br /> to the DMH facility then North to McKinley and West to Sanitary District facilities, <br /> starting off as a 24" and ending as a 72". This critical sewer services <br /> approximately 640 Acres of Residential and Commercial sanitary systems. TSI <br /> has Televised 100% of this system. <br /> Some structural damage has been found in this system in the smaller VCP at the <br /> start of this sewer. Areas of concern throughout would be joint infiltration. <br /> There are approximately 35 MH structures in this system. MH Inspections have <br /> not been started at this time. <br /> 16t'' Street Sewer <br /> The 16th Street Sewer System in the area of 16t" and Leafland Ave travels south <br /> to Lake Shore Drive for about 3/e of a mile. This system starts out as a 48" RCP <br /> and ends as a 54" RCP. TSI has televised 100% of this system. No major <br /> structural damage has been found although debris levels around Vanderhoof are <br /> quite heavy reducing pipe diameter by '/2. Depth of this system ranges from 8' to <br /> 38'. This system services approximately 250 acres of residential and commercial <br /> sanitary systems. There are 11 MH structures in this system; no MH inspections <br /> have been done as of yet. <br />
