ARTICLE 11 ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEV�RABILITY <br /> A. This Agreement including the attached Scope of Services is the entire and integrated agreement <br /> between Client and Consultant and supersedes all prior negotiations, statement or agreement, <br /> either written or verbal. This Agreement may be amended only by written instrument signed by <br /> both Client and Consultant. <br /> B. In the event that any term ar provision of this agreement is found to be void, invalid or <br /> unenforceable for any reason, that term or-provision shal] be deemed to be slricken from this <br /> agreement, and the balance of this agreement shall survive and remain enforceable. <br /> ARTICL� 12 EXPIRATION OF PROPOSAL <br /> A. If this agreement is not accepted with 60 days, the offer to perform the described services is <br /> withdrawn and shall be null and void. <br /> B.
