Section 3. That the conditional use permit be, and the sazne is hereby, expressly <br /> conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That a site plan including a landscaping plan and a lighting plan shall <br /> be submitted and approved by the Department of Economic and Urban <br /> Development and the Department of Engineering and Infrastructure before <br /> obtaining any permits. <br /> Section 4.
