Mr. Mike Osborne,petitioner, was sworn in by Ms. Jesse. <br /> Mr. Osborne stated only the time and temperature would appear on the sign. There <br /> would be times the sign could state that the underpass is flooded. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded(Tom Smith/Stewart)to forward Cal.No. OS-33 to the City <br /> Council with the recommendation for approval as submitted by petitioner. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br />
