The company has been at this location since the early 1950's. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 2. The peridoner pmposes to rezone the properry from B-1, Neighborhood Shopping District to B-2, <br /> Commercial District in order to store electrical supplies outside in an enclosed area. Currently they <br /> are sioring their electrical supplies in a warehouse that they lease but with the recent purchase of the <br /> addirional lots, they are wanting to move their storage to the Main Street location. <br /> 3. The B-2, Commercial District is designed to serve the shopping needs of regional geographic areas <br /> larger than the B-1 district and allowing a g�reater intensity of uses.
