ADDITIONS AND ��1E8�� <br /> CHAPTER 20 <br /> -BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS - <br /> 1. ESTABLISHED. There is hereby created a Board of Local <br /> Improvements in and for the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> which shall consist of five residents of the Citv appointed by the Mayor with the <br /> consent of the Council for terms of four years or until respective successors are <br /> appointed and qualified. Said terms shall commence May 1 of odd numbered <br /> years, three in the year in which the term of the Mayor commences and two in the <br /> next succeeding odd numbered year. <br /> CHAPTER 25 <br /> -ELECTRICAL COMMISSION,ELECTRICAL <br /> CONTRACTORS AND LICENSED ELECTRICIANS - <br /> 10. COMMISSION ESTABLISHED. There is hereby created the <br /> Electrical Commission of the City of Decatur, Illinois which shall consist of seven <br /> (7) ��ers residents of the Citv to be appointed by the Mayor with the advice <br /> and consent of the Council. To the extent practicably possible, the Commission <br /> shall include one (1) electrical contractor, one (1) licensed electrician, one (1) <br /> officer of Local IBEW, one (1) licensed professional engineer, one � <br /> representative of an electrical utility, one (1) representative of an electrical product <br /> manufacturer and the Chief of the Decatur Fire Department or his representative; <br /> however, no action or decision of the Commission shall be invalid for failure to <br />' have on the Commission, or in attendance at the meeting or hearing whereat the <br /> action or decision was taken or made, any person meeting any of the criteria listed <br /> herein. Commission members shall serve for a term of three years, said terms to <br /> commence the first day of December. Vacancies shall be filled by the Mayor with <br /> advice and consent of the Council for the unexpired terms. <br /> CHAPTER 26 <br /> - HEATING,AIR CONDITIONING AND <br /> REFRIGERATION COMMISSION AND CONTRACTORS - <br /> 11. COMMISSION ESTABLISHED. There is hereby created the <br /> Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Commission of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois which shall consist of seven�er�ei°s residents of the Citv, whom sha11 be <br /> appointed by the Mayor with the advise and consent of the Council.
