Mr. Joe Howazd was sworn in by Ms. Jesse. <br /> Mr. Howard stated he lived next door to the property with the metal building and stated <br /> that it was vacant and the property is a horrible mess. Mr. Howard was concerned by <br /> adding an additional commercial lot making his residence worth less. Mr. Howard asked <br /> the Plan Commission to consider not approving the rezoning of this property. <br /> It was moved and seconded(Smith/Clevenger)to move forward Cal. No. OS-OS to the <br /> City Council with the recommendation for approval as submitted by petitioner. Motion <br /> carried with Sadorus, Clevenger,Nordholm, Stewart, and Peck voting yes, and Dunn and <br /> Smith voting no. <br />
