Ms. Vermie stated that she resides at 3410 East Lost Bridge Road and is against the <br /> rezoning at 3360 Lost Bridge Road because it could affect the character of the <br /> neighborhood. She referred to the zoning ordinance stating that R-1 and R-3 Districts <br /> encourages single family neighborhoods. <br /> William Klekamp was sworn in by Mrs. Althoff. <br /> Mr. Klekamp stated that he resides at 3418 Lost Bridge Road and is against the rezoning II <br /> at 3360 Lost Bridge Road. He is concerned with the increased traffic flow on 34t'' 5treet ', <br /> and Lost Bridge Road. Mr. Klekamp questioned if 34`h Street would be widened to I, <br /> match pavement to the north. I <br /> Ms. Miller stated that the developer will make road improvements. I <br /> Sandra Dacar was sworn in by Mrs. Althoff. <br /> Ms. Dacar stated that she resides at 2619 South 34`h Street and is against the rezoning at <br /> 3360 Lost Bridge Road due to the increase in traffic. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Smith/Anderson)to forward Cal. No. 04-29 to the City <br /> Council with the recommendation for approval as submitted by petitioner. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br />
