Simulate, evaluate, and present a summary of tank levels and system operation if <br /> system pressures are increased by pinching the inlet valves on the two existing <br /> tanks. <br /> 4. Simulate system pressures 20 minutes after power failure with the new elevated <br /> tank in service at an overflow elevation of 806 msl under maximum day <br /> conditions. <br /> 5. Identify options to implement a separate southwestern high zone without <br /> providing additional elevated starage. Discuss implementation issues including <br /> location and sizing of one or more booster facilities, type and location of zone <br /> boundary valves, provision of fire protection within and outside of the zone, <br /> preliminary main locations, control issues, pump type and operation, and <br /> construction and operational cost. <br /> 6. Revise the draft report to incorporate these added analyses and submit four more <br /> draft report copies to the City for review. <br /> 7. Meet with the City to discuss the updated draft report. <br /> 8. Finalize the Master Plan Update and send ten final copies to the City. <br /> A number of these items are beyond the scope of the existing Master Plan Agreement. <br /> We request that the existing fee be increased from $28,200 to $38,000. <br /> Please call if you have any questions or comments.
