Beyond these resurnes, RCC has many additional consultants <br /> and engineers who can be engaged as needed to meet virtually any management or <br /> technologiral requirement of the City. <br /> Please nabe ti�at both �oposed consultants possess more than 30-years experience in <br /> law enforoement and p�ablic administration. Mr. Cowardin is a retired police captain <br /> who was the commander of his departrnent's public safety oommunications center. Mr. <br /> Bryson also has a law enforcement background and possesses a Masbers of Science <br /> degree in Public Administration. <br /> The project profiles oorttained in this �oposal represent a very small sample of the <br /> types of work that the RCC Project Team has oonducted for public safety and <br /> government clients. These projects w�e chosen based on their similarity to the types of <br /> wo�lc de.sired by the City and will provide proof of our team's ability to provide value to <br /> the City during this praject. We would be happy to provide additional euamples of our <br /> work, if requested. <br /> Professional services outlined in it�e �oposed waic plan will be provided for a nat to <br /> exc�eed fee as outlined bebw.
