i � . <br /> (6} Th�t it will perrnit access to a!i relevant books, records, amounts and work sites <br /> by personnel of the contracting agency and the IAinois Fair Employment Practiices Commission <br /> for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the Illinois �air Employment Practices <br /> F�ct and the Commissi�n's Rules and Regulations for Public Contracts. . <br /> {7) 7hat it will include verbatim ar by refe�nce the provision of paragraphs 1 <br /> � through 7 of this clause in every performan�a subcontract as defined in Section 2.10(b} of the <br /> Commission's Rules and Regulations for Public Contracts so that such provisions will be <br /> binding upon every such subcontractor; and that it will also so include the provisions of <br /> paragraphs 1, 5, 6, and 7 in every� supply subcontract as defined in Section 2.1 o{a) af the <br /> Cammission's Rules and Regufations for Public Contracts so that such provisions will �►e <br /> binding up�n every such subcantrac�or. In the same manner as with other provisions �f this <br /> contract, the contractor will be liable for compiiance with appl'tcable provisions of this clause by <br /> all its sui�contractors; and further it will pramptfy notify the contracting agency and the Illinois <br /> Fair �mployment Practices Commission in the ev�nt any subconiractar fails or refuses to <br /> comply therewith. In acidition, na contractor will utilize any subcontractor declared by the <br /> Commission to be nonrespvnsible and therefore ineligible for contracts ar subcontractors with <br /> the State of lllinois or any of its political subdivision or municipal corporations. <br /> , <br />
