When improvements are made to the location the <br /> local share of the project shall be paid on the basis of two-thirds of the expense to be covered by <br /> , the County and one-third of the expense by the City. <br /> Baltimore Ave. : The portions of Baltimore Ave. from just south of Bentonville Road northerly , <br /> to U.S. 36 will be transferred when the requifed documentation is approved by the Illinois ' <br /> Department of Transportation. This includes the bridge over Finley Creek just south of <br /> Bentonville Road; the bridge over Big Creek just south of Lost Bridge Road; the City's portion <br /> of the road south of Lost Bridge Road; and the City's portions of the road between Fitzgerald <br /> Road and U.S. 36. The portions of road between Fitzgerald and U.S. 36 that are under the <br /> jurisdiction of Long Creek Township will be transferred under a separate document. The <br /> portion of Balti.more Ave.between Lost Bridge Road and Fitzgerald will remain under the <br /> jurisdiction of Long Creek Township. <br /> Once the above sections of roadway are transferred to their respective parties it is understood <br /> that the maintenance e�enditures on the newly acquired sections of roadway will be the sole <br /> responsibility of the current jurisdictional owner of the roadway and the previous jurisdictional <br /> owners will have no maintenance responsibility for those respective sections.
